3. Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is built on mutual respect, confidentiality, and commitment. As a client, you agree to:

• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Provide reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
• Respect the time and boundaries of the coaching relationship

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for coaching sessions is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Roman Road Coaching.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, worksheets, and resources — is the property of Roman Road Coaching and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Coaching services and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Roman Road Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching. Results depend on the client's commitment and effort.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roman Road Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for coaching services in the three months preceding any claim.
